Ex-military, law enforcement, or a civilian who passed a PSD or CPO certificate, wherever you’re coming from, the Operator Course is what comes after. In the military, qualification is never the finish line. You get certified, then you sign up for the course that actually earns you something: Commando, Ranger, Selection, whatever the badge is called. The Operator Course is ours. A PSD or CPO certificate proves you know the law, the procedure, and the paperwork. It doesn’t prove you’re ready for the moment none of that matters anymore. The Operator Course is built entirely around skill, no classroom theory, no compliance checklist, just the techniques and decision-making you’d need if you were actually going on mission.
